  • How can I end my listing immediately?

    Sellers may end a listing early at any time within their member account.

    How To:

    Login to your member account and locate the listing you wish to end early. Next to your listing, click the link that reads "Edit This Listing". On the subsequent page, you will find a link that will allow you to "End Your Listing Early".

  • Can I retract or cancel my bid?

    Email the seller within 24 hours of submitting your offer. The seller can cancel a bid as long as their 30 day listing has not expired. Otherwise, this could result in poor feedback

  • I sold an item and have not yet received payment. What can I do?

    If your buyer has refused to pay for the item or has requested that you cancel their bid, you can cancel their bid and relist the item. There is no additional fee to relist your item for the remainder of your 30 day listing period.

    How To:

    Login to your member account and if your item has not yet exceeded a 30 day listing period, you will see a link to cancel the bid and relist your item.
